What to include
- Which tutorial or template you’re asking about
- Your Excel version (Microsoft 365, Excel 2021, Excel for the web, Google Sheets and so on)
- A short description of what you expected and what happened, plus any error message
- A screenshot, if it helps (please remove any private data first)
Template support
If you’ve bought a template and something’s off, include the name of the template and the email you used to buy it so I can find your order.
Collaborations and press
For collaborations, sponsorship or media enquiries, put the topic in the subject line so it doesn’t get lost.
